Planet Sports Team Return Policies

If an item is defective upon arrival or if PST shipped an item different that what was ordered then you must request a return authorization within 10 days after date of delivery according to the tracking number. Planet Sports Team does not take "buyers remorse" returns except for the vendors listed below and their specific manufacturer return policies apply Personalized and custom orders are NON RETURNABLE. Products that have been accepted and USED (golf bags, balls, equipment and similar products, etc..) will then be covered under the manufacturer warranty IF ONE APPLIES. For all Siskiyou & Fan Mats branded products there is no buyer's remorse return policy so returns are NOT ACCEPTED for their products. Fan Mats products are custom made by order and shipped directly from their manufacturing plant in Georgia.  Links Walker & Sun Time products are returnable but will incur a 15% return fee during the 10 day return policy. Please keep in mind these are the manufacturer policies and not designed or decided by Planet Sports Team.

***Due to some manufacturer defective return policies we may on occasion ask for photos of any damage so that we may forward those on in order to get our return approval to the manufacturer***  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in these rare occasions and we will try to make the process as streamline as possible for you. Warranty shipping charges back & forth to the manufacturer are NOT covered by Planet Sports Team nor are shipping charges for returning any product to Planet Sports Team except in cases of defective or mis-shipped orders.  

Please use the "Contact Us' form to request an RA# (if needed for your specific product) and the return shipping address for your product as where a product must be returned to varies by product. Be sure to write your RA# (if given) on the outside of your box---Returns without an RA# WILL BE REFUSED.

You MUST communicate with us BEFORE any return will be accepted and any refund will be given. When requesting an RA#, please state the reason for the return to help us better process the request.  

All returns will be credited to the original credit card used for payment minus the original shipping charges and/or applicable manufacturer fees for the  non defective return. 

Shipping charges WILL NOT be credited unless the item is defective upon arrival or the wrong product was shipped.
